North Korea to test ICBM which puts the USA in range

    North KOrea is about to test an ICBM (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile)
    that could reach the USA. Japanese government is trying to persuade them
    not to do this as it could prompt the USA to attack
    Tests may start sunday (tomorrow)
    Now we see why the USA was bothered about North Korea
