No kidding lol, I spent four years of my life taking electronics. The guy points of wattage isn't the word, I ASSume that he meant in the thread question. "What power do I need?" doesn't fit either.

Hop on over to my Guerilla Grow Guide thread. It's a long read but it will tell you just about everything you need to know to grow massive quantities of high-potency buds.

P.S. don't expect 3.5 lbs of bud off a plant. That's the most I've ever seen in my life--it's a rarity.
But it's possible for a beginner to get 4 oz. per plant--that's a street value of like a thousand bux or more.

i think it would be a waste of time. you can veg with florscents but once you start flowering you have to use at least 400 W bulb but then with a 400 W bulb why grow only 2 plants cause you can probably grow with 16 plants easily with that one 400W

directconnect you can grow a good crop from start to finish with enviroites. Plus 16 plants is to many for a 400W light. Sniffingmagicmarkers I would stick with Rangerdangers advice he knows his stuff.
