Hi, I've come into your forum a cpl times lately and bagged on christianity a bit and after thinking about it I realise it was a no class thing to do. I mean if a christian or anybody else comes into, say, Random thoughts they have to be ready to have their beliefs attacked (free speech you know) but for someone to go out of their way to go into a christain forum and bag on christians is completely different. One's like argueing in a coffee shop, the other's like walking into somebody's house and making fun of the furniture. Sorry about that. I never gave it much thought until just last night (ungrateful wretch that I am) but I've been on the road/street on and off since I was 16 and if it weren't for christians I would have gone hungry alot more often than I did. People (like me) spend alot of time pointing out the autrocities commited in the name of christianity (sadly, the name's not copywritten--anybody can use it) so I thought somebody should give you guys a little credit for the good things christains do in the world.
That just might have been the most Christian posts Ive seen here. I hold nothing against you Ape, and you have my admiration as well. Cheers
Yes, I agree with that guy! ^ lol It was kind of you to come to apoligize to the other Christians in here (as I am not one). I'm sure that means something to them.
Wow NayKidApe.... i think this might be a first, an apology here on the forums! Very cool of you to have given it some thought and then been strong enough to say what you did. There are good and bad people claiming to be many things, sort of have to weed thru each person Also... i love the comparison you made about going into someone's house and making fun of the furniture!! Cute! peace barefootnikki <---- not your run-of-the-mill christian ( i swear!! no really!!)
naykid rocks, man! i don't get upset when people disagree with christianity, but being a closed-minded asshole about it is a totally diffferent deal. but i've never been able to stay mad.
"WESLeyyyyy!!!" Mr.Belvedere was a long standing and beloved member of Hollywood Heights Church (i think thats the name) I always felt his quiet faith was reflected in his endearing relationship to that little skaliwag Wesley. Good Times!
