I'm not sure where the other person on this board got their weather forecast, but everywhere that I've checked so far says Sunny & in the 90's all weekend. I can't wait!!!!

 

I checked it the other day, and it said thunderstorms on Sunday, but today it said Sunny/cloudy. I dunno, they don't know from day to day. Especially with this tropical storm. Anyhow, see ya'll at Bonnaroo!!!

 

According to the local weather guys, it's supposed to be sunny the entire time. Dry, but sunny. It's gonna be a hot one folks. Everybody stay safe and have fun!! See ya'll there.

I know this sounds terrible, but one of my friends decided they can't go and gave me their ticket! WOO HOO!!!
And who cares about the weather??? Just coat yourself with some mud and you'll be fine! (Makes good sunblock - No, just kidding, don't listen to that B.S.)

I'm basking in the cool confines of my living room watching and grooving to the webcast. Just saw the Neville Bros and now Buddy Guy is doing his thing. Can't wait for Gomez and Damian Marley! I know there's tons of other stuff happening out there too, so be sure to share the highlights of the magical experiences that the web audience is missing.

Hey guys, just got back from the Roo, just thought I'd share my thoughts on this year's event.

First of all if anyone came to our campsite it was fucking kick-ass, we brought a 15' trampoline for the kids to jump on, an x-box 360, like 5 generators, 2 tv's, 4 couches, 2 recliners, and a shitload of canopies. We were right across from the red yard display by the corner of 2nd and 2nd.

Secondly, FUCK Clear Channel and their fucking gestapo security guards. One of my friends got 2 pounds of beasters and a pound of shrooms seized on thursday and was kicked out (of course he got back in within the hour), another friend got 2 nitrous tanks violently confiscated. And when I say violently, I mean they were literally slapping the balloons out of people's hands. And then what's fucked up is I found out they sold the tanks to some of their staff buddies. Also, there was an extreme shortage of headies, luckily we had like 3 pounds to smoke off of.

Finally, everyband I saw was KICK ASS, highlights were OYSTERHEAD(!), Super Jam, Buddy Guy, Matisjahu, Tom Petty, Neville Bros, Radiohead (for playing an amazingly chill set), Phil Lesh, Atmosphere, Jerry Douglas & Bela Fleck, I could go on but you get the point.

All in all I had a great time except for the nazi Clear Channel bouncers who were totally out of line this year, but everyone else there that I met was really cool.

 

Bonnaroo was sooo much fun!!! The Phil Lesh show was unbelievable!!!!!!!! Gotta get that one on disk!!

but the question is, how was the superjam?

 

wow....bonnaroo... amazing... I'm still delirious. great music, no problems, and i got no bunk shit.

 

Fucking great; I have a feeling that those guys were tripping balls for that set, they were in a serious groove for like 3 hours.

 

Dam dude I gotta fuckin hear that... how did leo, well not even leo, but how did they find them pizzas dude?

 

Phil Lesh was a-mazing. I wish I would have been there to see superjam, but I had to take a friend of mine back to my house.

 

Whatever happened with Cypress Hill...? They were putting on one hell of a show and.... Well... Things got weird. I was totally shrooming at the time, but it seemed like the cops got involved for a bit....? What's up with that, or did I completely imagine the whole thing???
