I just bought this yesterday from Amazon

This Rebop album takes cool jazz songs and has Djs remix them.

DJ Boots Riley, DJ Ali Shaheed, DJ Logic, DJ Jazzy Jeff.

    Awswome CD. Rebop A+

At least were honest about it! hahahaha I usually only listen to that stuff when me and my baby boy are chilling out on weekends, otherwise I listen to Madlib or Mf Doom hip hop or other stuff. But the jazzy stuff is definitley good relaxing stuff!

Yea, seriously. Not a fan of the pissing contests that go on in these forums. "I listen to the most independant artist!", "No way, I'm cooler cause I know more independants!".

Yea, and I'm right there with ya, Madvillainy is one of my favorite albums. I wish Doom would stop with this [adult swim] stuff, and do more collaborations with Madlib.

same here, and that bullshit beef with Grimm and MIC? What the fuck man, I mean grimm got some points on the whole character/mask thing, but look at grimm. Who even knows who he is besides hip hop heads. And ask yourselves, who is the one collabin with Madlib? hmmmmmmmm hahahahahahaha Doom is the shit

But yo, I just remembered, I think doom is in the works on some shit with madlib again, and the John Robinson is coming out soon! I got the leaked shit, but it has too many interviews on it.

you guys forgot about 2 Hip Hop/Jazz albums that i've been listening to quite a lot.
    Guru - Jazzmatazz Vol. 1
    Miles Davis - Doo Bop

    you can also include:
    Digable Planets - Reachin'
    Digable Planets - Blowout Comb

    ps. try coming to hiphophideout.com
we've got people who listen to stuff from the mid 80's to present... from Run DMC to KRS One to Nas to Wu Tang to Main Source to Smoothe Da Hustler to 50 Cent.
oh and a lot of us (including myself) enjoy other genres of music such as Jazz, alternative, Rock, etc.
