help..didnt feel anything on coke

hey my names Annie and ive been reading this forum for a while now but havent actually posted yet but last night me and a friend of mine decided to try coke for the 1st time. We were so excited but after we snorted a couple of lines we still hadnt felt anything. We did the thing were you put some on your gums and your mouth goes numb and that worked it was crazy but we just didnt feel it at all otherwise. is that normal to not feel it your 1st time? i really appreciate any help you could give me.

thats weird, alot of people dont get high off weed the first time but thats usually not the case with coke. expecially if both of you didnt feal it. i dont how much you did but most people start there first time with a little bump like the size of a pencil eraser. if you ask me your better off not doing coke anyway be happy you dont like it and dont bother with it.

 

The advice I could give you (which you may not want to hear) is that you are better off that it didn't work. If it did work, and you ended up being tweeked all night & talking about utter, useless boring nonsense, you'd be so sick and miserable today. (And, probably looking for money to get more).

I am not trying to talk you out of it. I know that when I wanted to get high, no one was going to talk me out of it. But, maybe you could think about the fact that it didn't work because your body just does not want any of that shit to mess it up. It's bad. It's really hard to stop once you start and eventually it is just not fun anymore. I know there are some people who can use coke on occasion and are fine, but there are also a lot of people who can't. Those who use it on rare occasions, if that works for them, great. But, it definitely did not work like that for me and many other people I know. My advice is be careful..the next batch you buy may work a little too well.. (ya know what i mean?)

I am not against trying things, and definitely not against getting high, but I really think that coke is one of the worst substances that one could get into.

 

Could have been crappy coke, lots of people have been cutting in dental anesthetics (novocain, benzocain) so that the powder will numb your mouth. But one way or another your better off too damn expensive for my taste.

 

For some people, the high one gets from cocaine is not easy to recognize at first. It is a serotonin booster - makes you feel happy and confident. The addiction comes from overuse where people become depressed and agitated without it, can't handle the crash from feeling so up.

 

Could have been baking soda too if you didnt feel anything at all. My friend sold a gram of baking soda to a bunch of idiots for 45$ one night, but they had ripped us off the night before. And we got them back. So it's all good.

eheh, sorry. i tried it for my first time a few months ago and i was so unimpressed. i guess it's probably (for me) because i've done a lot more 'intense' stimulants, coke just seemed pretty mellow. but whatever.

they're right, you probably are better off this way!

It can be difficult to feel the effects of cocaine the first time if you are inexperienced with stimulants. Personally, I don't really enjoy the feeling of stimulants. I have tried cocaine and methamphetamine a couple times just to see what they're like. They are addictive and highly dangerous drugs.

I tried both twice and felt the effects (moreso the second time around for both) but did not like them. They are just such dangerous drugs.

I will never do hard stimulants again. Psychedelics are sooo much better in every way. Don't do stimulants. They are expensive, addictive, VERY dangerous, and not worth it. I've seen people addicted to the stuff. They are broken human beings, and very sad to see. Please don't do cocaine or meth. They are very bad. Ultimately it's your decision, but I would really recommend you don't mess with those things.

 

If there is a next time, start with a fatter line...jump start it. I like it on occasion, I've certainly had some excellent nights on it, but i do know people who have a problem with it.


You probably had some bad stuff/didn't know what to look for, neither did i the first time i did it, its rather mild really, not an overpowering high (if ye don't smoke it)

Yeah, it sounds like you just had some shitty coke. Like everyone else here said, I wouldn't even bother with it. It's not worth it. I've only done it twice and I don't think I'll ever do it again. Coke can and will fuck up your life if you let it. If you want to get high, try better and less physically addictive drugs, like psychedelics.

 

sounds like shit coke to me. I have to take alot in order to keep my buzz going but when I first took it I got a pretty big high of just a couple of lines.

 

coke is a shitty drug and you shouldnt do it. its like ciggs. you dont really get it at first so you keep doing it, but then your addicted

 

its called a freeze. maybe ur lines werent big enough, but most likely it was shitty coke. Did it taste bitter? ( like did it taste like nasty shit. or just weird.. the nastier it taste the better the coke wo0t) ... really if it didnt work for the first time theres just a couple reasons why it mightve not work.. maybe u didnt snort it in all the way... maybe u didnt recognize the high.. u get all jittery and what not. im not saying try it again, maybe its better than u dont.. its an expensive habit take it from me

 

Try snorting harder and tilting you head back next time. MAKE SOME NOISE!!lol when you did it did you taste/feel alot of it going down the back of your throat, cuz if you did you probably didn't snort hard enough.

 

If you did A COUPLE OF LINES you would have certainly felt something (I'm assuming you did it right if you didnt have a bunch of powder running down your face...)

As was said sometimes its cut with anasteitcs to make it feel numb in your mouth...

If you try it again DONT TRY WITH A COUPLE OF LIENS first...start SMALL..enough to cover a pinky fingernail (that is cut short) is more then enough to know if its gonna have an affect on you or not..

Maybe you were expecting too much from coke. It's not a body buzz like a lot of drugs. It's mostly just a good mood, a hyper, jittery full-of-energy feeling and numbness of the mouth/ nose/ throat. When you come down you should just basically feel like shit and probably really really want to do some more.

Coke sucks, though. It's way too expensive (for most people, anyway, I can get a gram for $30 of some pretty good shit,) doesn't give a very good high and is too addictive. What kind of shit is it that part of a drug's comedown is cravings? Only with coke-based products.
