Micah, you and your french! You know how beautiful short cajun girls typing french makes me feel... Well, maybe you don't... I don't know if I know either, but its cool. But I don't because there isn't a place for me to move to.the only room suitable to be a room is the pool room... and it has a big pool table in the middle... That no one even plays anymore... There is like a family room, and a bathroom and a storage/furnace room... So there isn't really a place I sould move to. Beleive me, I would if I could. It is always like nice and cool down there, whereas upstairs get hot in the summer... Sometimes even with the AC on. It is finished and such though.
Ours is finished... there's a family room/bedroom/bar... then there's the boiler room, tool closet, laundry room, and the work area next to the bar where we keep more tools and whatnot. The living room area used to be my recording studio area. Has plenty of windows for light, though... Thennnn... upstairs is my bedroom/bathroom on an added on wing with a second foyer, the kitchen, living room, dining room, foyer... two bedrooms and a bathroom on the third floor, and an office, which is my mom/dad's floor.
Well, q lot of people's basements just have like concrete floors and walls. Most of the time they are used for storage, but I have a friend who's room is in one.
Ours has carpet and heat and all... my dad's room was his parents' basment in the blue ridge mountains. You could see cracks in the foundation and snow would blow in. He grew weed down there... heh.
Actually that is how my firends basement room is. What is even worse, last time I was over at his house he wasn't all settled back in yet (He had just moved back in) and so he didn't have a bed. So he had a blow up mattress and I slept on his concrete floor... Not too comfortable... But I did get a good 4 or 5 hours of sleep... pretty good considering we stayed up till like 3 or 4...
