sounds like an untreated urinary tract infection-kidney/bladder infection, go to the doctor, it is COMMON and nothing BAD
Go to the doctor asap. There are lots of minor infections that could have developed, which could then spread to possibly give you a urinary tract infection. It doesn't sound like yeast, or your penis would probably itch like hell. But, there are bacterial vaginal infections that a woman can get just because something got off balance in her system, which can then spread to the man... Urinary tract infections are no fun for a woman, and from what I hear are hell for a man. So you should both get checked out to get treated NOW. And use condoms until you're both clear, or you can share the infection again.
