Vegetarian Date Dinner!!

    I need your help! I have been a vegetarian for almost a year and I have never cooked for anyone other then myself much less a date. I have a date with a wonderful young lady tomorrow, both of us are vegetarians and I need something fabulous to make!! She wants me to surprise her. Help help help help help!!

    Pasta is easy and impressive!

    Say it with sundried tomato, basil, spinach and cream and she'll be yours!

    and then you can have nice wine and a small but delectable choccy desert!

    Plus pata is manly and rustic, but also ... shows talent! Plus you can say a lot with the pasta shapes you choose, hell you can get dinosoars or teddys, letters, spirals, tubes, bows,

    I was thinking pasta too :) And something lovely and chocolatey for dessert??? Chocolate-dipped strawberries are oh so easy to make, and would impress just about anyone I could think of!
