Hey !!! Just saw on the news today that Ringling Brothers are here in Oklahoma. and they have staged a protest in Oklahoma City,, complete with naked lady painted as a tiger in a cage and posters of te elephants that have died because of the horrific treatment hey receive. I found out about the circus to late to go to the protest, but if any one that was there reads this MUCH LOVE !!!!! That horrible thing should be shut down,, how sick is it that our children are being taught that these beautiful creatures are to amuse us?
I totally agree with you, and all the protesters. When I have kids, I'll take them to the Cirque de Soleil (animal-free, I'm pretty sure), so they can admire HUMAN talents, not "tricks" that animals are FORCED to do. Circuses has always sickened me for that reason. ~Nova
I've done circus protests before. They are a bit strange because you get those white-bred middle-class white fathers who hide their children's faces from us and give us the finger. OK, yeah, get pissed off at us because we care about animals...that makes a whole lot of sense
Its just sick that people teach their children that animals are entertainment . I think the circus owners should be caged and beaten,, misfed and whipped,, tasered and cut just lke their """" talent""" animals,,, Whats fair is fair,,, if its ok to do all that to animals why not people too,, if someone s kid was being treated like that it would be national news and everyone would be upset,, but being as its an animal and not human,, its all in good fun,,, ridiculous
