Should 'games' be allowed on hipforums?

I know this is Skip's site and all. No one ever claimed it to be a democracy, but I'm curious as to whether the masses think they should be allowed or not.

 

I think so but only in pure bull, i mean thats pretty much what that forum is for... bull crap which i find most of the game threads are.

 

If by games you mean me fucking Micha in her throat then yes that should be allowed

 

I would venture to say that Random Thoughts and Pure Bull are pretty much one in the same most of the time.

 

Well, I see it like this.

Games are obviously frowned upon here, much like drugs in society. Both entertain, yet cause some sort of damage (whether large or small). Both are addicting.

And there have been hundreds of games on the Forums, with hundreds or thousands of posts and even the mods admit they can't chase them all down (just like the war on drugs, eh?)

But, my view would be that Skip create a thread that specifically addresses this problem and what the definition of "game threads" are according to him.

I think they're a waist of valuable space that could be better used for threads like "Life sure sucks huh" and "Boobs are cool" type threads.

 

Perhaps in quality but not in quantity, it seems threads move through here alot quicker and therefore game threads tend to bump down serious threads alot more effectivley.

 

They are very popular, however, which adds to the quality of HipForums.

The more people, the more livelier the forums and the more potential supporters.

 

I wonder if maybe they could have like a forum just for games here?

This is coming from a nonsupporter, who created a game.

That is the top post, and sticky, of pure bull. Again, moderators do not, generally, go into personal forums; therefore, if you support the site and gain a personal forum, you can probably have your games there. This is purely an assumption but I would venture to guess they will not get as out of control in there due to lower amounts of traffic.

The answer to that question is no. I just thought it ironic that a nonsupporter who made a game would make the statement that games could increase the number of supporters.
