Hello...is there anybody in there?

Hey. I'm a 15 year old girl from the US of A. I wouldn't really call myself a hippie, although this is more out of a reverance for the group than some sort of hate. I am interested in the artistic side of hippie and Beat life, being a huge music fan.
My favorite bands (and solo artists) are Jefferson Airplane, Pink Floyd, the Flaming Lips, the White Stripes, the Beatles, Blanche, Yes, King Crimson, Jethro Tull, the Moody Blues, Frank Zappa, CSN&Y, Syd Barrett, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs (I know, don't make fun... :& ), the Kinks etc. etc. etc. I only own one Grateful Dead album, Aoxomoxoa, but I do love it and plan on picking up "Live Dead" when I wrangle up the cash.
I love to write, and it's pretty much what I'd like to do in life, although in what way, I'm not sure. I just know that I'd like to do it. I like to think I have some sort of artistic talent, but I really don't.
I don't play any instruments except kazoo, which I rule at. I can play an 18-
minute version of "21st Century Schizoid Man" on that thing.
I love to read too, my favorite book being the one and only "Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test".
I have no job, being of a tender age and having a very lazy outlook. But I'm at the end of my freshman year of high school, which was "meh". I gave a "best of Jefferson Airplane" CD to a guy I was dating and I didn't get it back. But I made him cry.

And I guess that's it.
