Some of my close personal friends are health care providers - docs/ nurses/ the like.
I'm ashamed to say some are Blood.
Their shop talk (factual) can be absolutely horrifying...

I've been dealing w/the insurance crooks cos for years.
Medical is bad but mental health care is even worse...

Bottom Line?

Unless I was a size A or less I would never get implants but that's just me. I think fake boobs look nasty and it's kinda silly to pick that over a car and also to be on pain during a vacation.

A lot of times it's men that don't understand that. I've had friends that their boyfriends or husbands pressuring them into getting implants and payed for them. These people were usually B or C cups. I just think it's kinda silly and if any guy ever begged me to get implants, yeah, that would be that. Byebye.

I would just add that I spoke to my mother again the other day over this, my brother (her husband) has apparantly said that he's sick and tired about her going on about it, all these years and he's not at all worried about her breast size, which is fair enough as they've been married now for over 12 years.
the only thing that he insisted on was that she has it done in this country in a clinic where they can check up on it, as she was going on about leaving the country for it cause its cheaper.
he went on to say that she could buy a car with that money but its her choice.
so I think in this case he's been more than resonable
