bextra is a newly patented cox 3 inhibitor used to treat arthritis and does so quite effectively according to the drug reps that bring me lunch every day. roxicodone is oxycodone it will. not sure about zanaflex.

Zanaflex (tizanadine) is a skeletal muscle relaxer. It is not a mix of Flexeril(cyclobenzaprine)and Xanax (alprazolam), and it will not get you high. It will make your muscles relaxed, and probably make you drowsy. Bextra(valdecoxib) is a COX-2 (not COX-3) inhibitor. It is an anti inflammatory, and will not get you high. Roxicodone (oxycodone) is a potent narcotic pain killer. It will get you high. Be careful, though, if you decide to take it. Some of the doses people have recommended on this site are very high. Use common sense. You absolutely can overdose on oxycodone, and the lethal dose is different for each person. Oxycodone causes respiratory depression, which means you don't breath as much.
