Hey, I'm new here, although I used to have a name on here a long while ago. I'm travelling from Ohio to New Orleans area sometime around mid to late June. I need a little financial support for the trip along the way, (gas) so I figured I would see if anyone along the way needs a ride. If you're interested, I'm helping out an organization that deals with the hurricane relief down there. They provide a place to stay, as well as food. No big deal if that's not your thing, I'm still willing to pick up at least two people along the way. Let me know if you're interested! Peace.

Sounds great, man. As long as you can help out with gas, I have no problem picking people up. By the way, I'm not part of the organization at all, I'm just trying to travel. Conveniently, they provide food and a place to stay, so I figured why not help out. I'm only looking to stay a week or two, maybe stop at a few places along the way. If you're still interested, let me know. I'm looking at to be there on either June 15th or June 18th. (maybe head out the 15th, stop at a few places and show up on the 18th) then stay for a week at the site near New Orleans. Right now, it's just me, so any passengers close by to me are welcome. Also, we have to fill out applications for the volunteering. I sent them an e-mail and they sent me a copy. You might want to do the same if you want to go. Take care.
