ok, so I tried the deep-cleaning conconction (dunno if I spelled it right?) and it worked fantastically!! the water turned grey indeed, and all my goo is gone!
but it seems as if my scalp has a pretty strong reaction to it.. eversince I used it it's itched like crazy! it also produces more oils so the goo will be back soon...:( and the skin in so sensitive...
I don't want to wash my hair like every four days! but it itches so bad, I just can't stand it! and I don't even want to wash my hair in the first place, I want to rince with apple cider vinegar, but I'm afraid that that would be too hard on my scalp now, especially every four days!!
    help!

I'd definitely rinse with ACV or lemon juice. I *do* rinse with lemon juice, every time I wash my hair. If you used baking soda to clean, you need an acidic rinse afterwards. If you are just now switching from commercial shampoos to a no-shampoo wash method, it takes a few weeks to a few months for your scalp to adjust and produce less oils.

I rinced with acv several times.. seemed to be kinda hard on my scalp too.. I was also told to do it once a month only..
how should you dillute acv? I think I might have made it too strong?

Strange that the itches comes back.. don't you have lice orso? I think all those crap isn't good for the skin and that that stuff makes it itch. I use babyshampoo once a week, in between I don't wash with shampoo, only water, and it almost never itches.

yes, I dilute the vinegar (or lemon juice) way way down before rinsing with it. One teaspoon in a cup of water might be all you need, different hair needs different treatment. I can't use more than that or it makes my hair look and feel greasy.
