HI, I was wondering if anyone on here has ordered prescription medications through an online pharmacy. I had a prescription for xanax because I have a social anxiety problem and I get panic attacks in crowds of people. I have my prescription through my local dr., but he moved and I have no refills left. I can not afford to go to a new doctor for a new prescription. I have a friend who orders his prescription through an online pharmacy. It is a lot cheaper than what I was paying from my local pharmacy. The place he has ordered from is us-meds.com. It is a site that says that you do not need a prescription to order; you fill out a medical questionaire and it is supposedly reviewed by a certified dr and if approved they ship the medication to you. I just wanted to know if anyone had experience with this place or one like it. Is it legit and legal? I wouldn't want to order medication and then find out that it was not legal. I have heard advertisements on the radio for simular businesses (although they are usually for viagra and such) Anyone's input would be helpful! Thank you
Boy, I've always wondered about that myself, especially the part where you don't need a prescription to order. I'm curious about that myself.
I just looked at that site-one thing I've wondered about is how they get away with selling controlled drugs on there. There is a price list-generic valium (diazepam) which I take for muscle spasms-I pay $12 at Walgreens for 30 5mg tablets-us-meds wants $144 for exactly the same thing! Damn! I don't know how their prices could be better than anybody else, at least not on this-that's highway robbery.
that sounds REALLY dodgy to me. As someone who works in a pharmacy I think its REALLY important to have the patients come in to have their medicines dispensed. And that thing about no prescriptions and just filling out a questionaire... what the hell?! Don't go there doll, theres no WAY that can be legal OR legit.
