Possessions.

    About two weeks ago I got arrested for smoking a joint in the park (don't comment, it was stupid); I got charged with:
    1. Possesion of Alcohol (Unopened bottle of Bailey's)
    2. Possesion of Marijuana (Eigth of Nug)
    3. Possesion of paraphenalia (Papers Job's)

    Just sharing... I'm in ohio, so i'm not sure what to expect. Any insight?

    i would think a lawyer could get it all down to mininmal tickets such as littering or something of the sort.

    Should get dropped.

    I got a paraphenalia charge back last summer. It got expunged after a year.
