It's a seedling, kill it and start over.

 

I also have fruit flys and the lave you describe, my first grow killed my plant trying to kill them (not happy), luckily clones of her survived and flowered pretty quick with these little gits still present, Im cumming up to flowering again now in my second grow and have them again, i was told on the OG (RIP) forum to use a fungus gnat killer but this so far has been unsuccessfullonly in 6th day of treatment mind. If you are only at the seedling stage they will munch your roots pretty quick im afraid it might be worth carefully washing all soil of the roots and replanting in sterile soil, i tried this with a 3 month old 1st grow but there was lots more roots for the little basterds to hide in, gud luck, im still searching for a gud solution to the prob myself if i find one ill tell ya. tobbaco juice was also mentioned to me but i dunno wat that might do to young plants. good luck
