my great-grandmother was the first woman to graduate college in her state-that's on my maternal side, on my paternal side I am actually an heiress to a chain of motels, travel lodges, developments and truckstops. I want no part of it and do not talk to that side of my family...Louis Prang was my great great uncle and Dixon was my birth name...so yeah I changed my name because I have a lot more respect for that first woman who graduated college and invested her meager earnings in corn fields.
