ah, i love it. anyone else? i think when you actually watch it, the people are pretty funny for the most part. so far, im hoping that kathy madigan or alfonso..something. cant remember his last name. im so glad ant lost the head to head thing, i hated him.
I think this show is pretty funny....I dont really have a favorite...but I will say that Tammy Pescatelli and Ant are my least favorites. So, one of them is gone. I think out of the people left, Alfonso would be the one I think is the funniest. I really felt bad for Jay London....I dunno why.....but I did and I felt sorry he had to go. He didnt make me laugh at all though.
haha...three cheers for ant getting kicked off...hip hip... i still cant believe he lied to all the tourists on that bus episode, id be pissed off i found that out later on. oh yeah, i found out the guys name was alonzo bodden, not alfonso, my bad. but yeah, im still rooting for either him or kathy madigan...theyre the only ones who are actually funny and laid back at the same time. everyone else talks shit and makes drama...if i wanted to watc the real world, i would. me too..i thought he was funny in the beginning, but his last stand up on the head to head wasn't that great.
I prefer the first season as opposed to the current one. Dat phan was my favorite. BUT the italian/sicillian chick is hot so it's fun to watch, even just for her. it seems to have cut out some of the stand up.. they play the house and the tension more than the humour,.,.,.
there is no way that dat phan should have won....there were like 4 people funnier than him as for the current season....I really don't have a favorite, maybe kathy or corey. But that is because I have seen kathy doing stand up for years and corey was ready to beat ant's ass....I admire that in a person
i agree, i thought he was alright, but he was definately not the funniest. i wouldve rather seen corey or tess win from season one thats jay london, but he's already gone
I saw rich Vos and Bonnie McFarline(sp?) perform at bonnaroo. Vos(1st season) was great but Bonnie bomed in the worst way. Go John Hefferon!!!!
Yesterday was the wild card show. I think that Glass fellow or Cory might take the wild card spot. I never liked Ant either, he was a prick. That Boston guy's pretty funny, so is Alonzo. Yeah, I too felt bad for Jay London, his style is hilarious!
oh man, im so pissed that Jay London got the wildcard spot. Todd Glass was ten times funnier. jay just annoys me now..i used to feel bad for him and i actually thought he was funny, but now everyones in love with him and he keeps using that same "pity me" style, it's gotten so annoying. i hate his "ill move over here" and "im sorry miss, its almost over" jokes. aauuugh, i hate him so much now. my predicitions for the top three are... jay london gary [something] goldum i think tammy pescatili my HOPES for the top three are... gary goldum alonzo bodden tammy pescatili i just really, really hope jay london doesn't win. i forgot to vote last night, but i think gary was by far the funniest. the milk and cookies joke was hilarious. "who are they targeting with milk commercials? people oblivious to MILK? theyre watching them mesmerized...oh yes...that WOULD go good with a cookie". and the joke about teachers hiding the safety scissors and leaving out the paper cutter was great too.
I say Jay London all the way. "My girlfriend had crabs, so I bought her fishnet stalking." hehe... it can't get any funnier. I think Alonzo and Gary are also great.
jay london finally got kicked off the damn show, im overjoyed. now that its just down to gary, john, and alonzo im hoping for either Gary or Alonzo to win. john is pretty funny, but i just prefer the other two to him anyday. maybe its just cause i think his voice is annoying.
I miss Todd Glass! Im rootin' for Alonzo....Jay London wasnt all to funny, but he did have some good one liners and a look that provoked the sympathy vote.
yea, i agree 100%. i think i started getting annoyed with jay london when he started using those 'i know im not funny' type jokes a lot, or repeating a joke when no one laughs, just cause he knew it worked. bugged the shit out of me. alonzo bodden all the way man, he's the best.
