Adblock for Opera Browser

I followed the directions up until this part

Nowhere does it tell me WHAT I replace the paths with. It says I have to do it in 3 different places in that folder. Any help?

 

It's easier just to edit your Windows hosts file. I've done that and I rarely see ads now. There are several sites that have their own hosts file which you can simply download and then replace your existing one in windows.
