in louisiana, you can get your permit at any time when you're 15
you can get your lisence when you're 16 IF you've had your permit for at least 6 months i think it is
and you can get it at 17 regardless..

 

But your mom is still in England





on the subject of Licences my dad got his car, motorbike and HGV all in the same 3 week period....

 

yeah, she has a job that allows her to stay in england as a resident. im technically a resident til 2009 (which means i could live over there til then, and then renew it) but im fucking stuck over here

 

why don't you apply for dual citizenship? what passport do you carry?

 

ahah yeah thats why i'm gonn wait till im eighteen but thats such a pain in the ass cause i need to move out pronto (like when i turn 18).
