Its better you try to fins a teacher who you can meet in person. I learned yoga from a book in the begining(im lucky I didnt hurt myself) and when I got to know a teacher she told me I did alot of wrong things in my postures. Better go to a yogacenter, to begin whith. Is ther any centers on the planet ririumgogaba? :)

You can find many classes under the name Hatha Yoga that will give you multiple ways to stretch and increase the health of your body.
A good basic book for meditation is "Still the Mind" by Alan Watts. The 1st quote goes: "What I am really saying is that you don't need to do anything, because if you see yourself in the correct way, your are all as much extraordinary phenomenon of nature as trees, clouds, the patterns in running water, the flickering of fire, the arrangement of the stars, and the form of a galaxy. You are all just like that, and there is nothing wrong with you at all."
