there was this crazy woman (one of my grandma's cousins) who said something rather rude at the funeral to my dad.... she is this lady who seems to take over all the reunions (and orders people around, which is the reason why we havent gone for years). my dad was talkin about how much of a wonderful and loving person she was, and she rudely said, well Ive known her longer than you. big deal! my dad came from her womb, can you say that?? and then she has the balls to scorn my dad, and my youngest brother marc about not going to those family reunions. at a funeral of all places. arggh. Im glad to see my great aunt stick up for my family. most of the family doesnt even go, because those distant cousins from humboldt nebraska always want to run the show and order people around. IM glad this woman didnt come up to me and get in my face about not going to the reunions. anyways, that was my rant for today.
Not sure what to say about that except that is fucked up and I can't imagine. Actually, I can- people are lame.
especially this woman. she also told my dad that after she dies that she will haunt him, because he didnt go to the reunions. and dad said, well let me know ahead of time, so I can get out of town.
lol......... that reminds me of what my uncle said he was going to do...... he was going to make my other uncle a millionaire, because he is going to get cremated, and put half of his ashes in a barrell, and charge people 10 bucks to piss on his ashes. lol.
Heh.. xactly- I guess "class" and "a time and place" mean nothing to her. Story still wasn't surprizing though as many people are like that.
Wow, that was certainly ignorant of her! Sometimes I wonder why people can't just learn to hold their tongue, especially in situations like that!
you can choose yer friends.... but not yer family etc....... Go to the reunion.... just spike her drink with summit happy and trippy
