My husband's grandmother (deceased) and I were sitting near the lake and I was stoking a camp fire. Suddenly she jumps out of her chair (was in a wheelchair before she passed away) and off of a rock into the water. She starts wading very quickly through the water.

what could this mean? my husband and I are seperated at this time and I know she meant the world to him.

    thanks.

You're probably thinking over a momentous decision (stiring the fires of the mind) and will come to an abrupt decision (you'll "go for it" (jumping off the rocks)) and while emotionally (water) you may feel apprehensive you'll 'paddle on'. (pun intended).

Do you think she was visiting you in the dream, or was it more like a memory?

I usually associate water in my dreams with emotions. My thought was that it was more like a goodbye... wading into the water could be her wading into a more subtle and universal consciousness.

I felt like we were visiting.... until she flew off the rock and into the water.

The good thing about this dream that nobody followed her to the water as she advanced alone.
The symbol of visitation from a dead person especially as there was fire of wormth. Also another good symbol is the she did not put off the fire before leaving.

    Hoping this help
