man ill never donate my blood, ever... needles freak me out, unless you wanna bite my skin off, that'd be less freaky than needles for me
They wont take my blood, something to do with that whole you hurt me I hurt you thing that they dont like.
I don't like needles either. Well getting a shit or whatever I don't mind so much, but getting blood taken makes me freak. I had to get a blood test for something last year and I was crying haha. I'd do it anyway, for the cause.
beh, its not that im afraid of the pain of needles, i wouldnt mind getting blood out of me, its just the fact those things are planified days/weeks/months before, the days before the vaccine i'll be kind of scared lol. but when im in the place, and they take the needle and pierce it , its all good. its the stress beforehand that gets to me
Hahah the pain doesn't bother me either, it's the idea of them taking blood out of me. Which is weird casue I don't mind when they put other crap in me.
I hate giving blood and blood tests because my veins are always hiding somewhere and it takes forever for the nurse/doctor to find them. Last time I gave blood the nurse poked the needle around forever and ever and I ended up with a giant bruise that covered half of my arm. It looked really cool though.
yeah, the first time they stabbed me it didn't hit the right vein to give enough blood with, but sprayed onto my shirt and jeans normally my veins are hard to find, but not -that- hard
I have really good veins for that. I give blood a few times a year and should probably do it again soon.
the blood in meat is good in soup. i tried 'giving' blood once and nearly flatlined. may actualy have. so they told me they had to pump it all back in. they gave me a cup of hot chocklet and told me not to come back. =^^= .../\...
i gave blood, man i didn't eat anything all day before it. Thats a big mistake boys and girls, if your giving blood, eat a huge meal beforehand, never been so lightheaded in my life.
doesn't have to be a huge meal, but something with substance, and make sure your liquids are decent first too. And don't plan on going to work right afterwards
I used to go on my lunch break when I could walk to the blood bank. I usually give every 8 weeks, but since I had my last tattoo, I have to wait until October . I have one arm with a fattie vein in it. I never have any troubles.
