Ok, I tried my hardest to find anything about this issue, but couldn't really find anything... where does our privacy stand in the issue of breathylzing tests done on individuals who are underage, but driving is not involved in the issue at all? Also, is possession of alcohol or drugs the only way that a person can be caught that would bring on legal action? What I mean is, is there any law which would make actual possession unnecessary... like a positive drug test would be enough for legal action? Any help would be appreciated
if you have a drivers licence, im pretty sure the cops can breathylizer you anytime they want, and if you say no, you lose your licence for a year, get a fine, plus any charges they pressed on you.
one time i got caught robbing alcohol, and the cop made a deal with me: if i pass a breathilizer, proving i didnt drink already (i told him i hadnt), he wouldnt make a big deal out of it and not file the case or w.e... i passed it and we are went our merry ways.. kinda cool of the cop if you ask me well my story prolley isnt of ne help, but i guess its and example of bein testes outside of driving
implied consent= when you get your drivers licence, by accepting it, you also accept to getting tested at any time by law enforcement. you CANT say no, or your fucked. even when you arent driving.
