You can train yourself to "shoot" by building up your pubococygeous muscles (sp) , it's also the muscle involved in ejaculating in the first place.
you can "shoot" pretty well when you are about to cum and you hold tightly onto your dick... and then release .. you will build up pressure and then you can usually shoot... i've gotten crazy distance before... bed length and beyond

Some guys shoot and others dribble. As you get older, you shoot less. How it comes out does not matter as far as getting your woman pregnant.
