It's tuesday. Try the foundation again friday.
If not, it looks kinda red, try one of those green coversticks, put it on lightly, then go with your regular stuff on top of the green. (wait 'till the green gunk sets first)
    Good luck!

what about a cute lil fake tattoo ?

A good friend of mine has a horny devil on her shoulderblade and she covered it up with a pretty rose for her church wedding.

lol thats a good idea but it wont work for this one...this is a BIG BIG church wedding...the wedding party has almost 30 ppl in it alone not to mention the 200 guests lol...i have read all the icy spoon and moist heat stuff but i know with makeup (b/c i tried) will only last so long and i gotta have to either cover this from 1pm to about 7 or try to get rid of it, anyone have anything that worked for them??

oh and witht he size of this fucker i dont think i could get a non tacky tattoo that would work lol its as wide as my thumb and almost as long lol

You could put powder over the makeup to set it for longer wear. Maybe check it on bathroom stops..
I really think it'll be fine by friday.
You could try to cover it, & if anyone asks tell them it happened.. <insert small clever story here> Makeup should cloud the issue enough for nobody to know, or care if it's BS...Unless someone is really looking to be a pain in the ass.

Good luck, & enjoy the wedding! :D

    ideas:

vite c helps with wound healing. so does zinc.

and i've always thought that vinegar poultices help get rid of bruises

disclaimer, i'm not a doctor, you're responsible for your own health.

Good idea, I hadn't thought of that, nimh.. Work at it from the inside too. [IMG]
Oh, I just thought of something else, if you can find it. (health food, herbal type places)..Arnica gel works for bruises, might help..

I know this sounds crazy but it did work for me. I read it in a magazine about doing it to hickies, I did it to a bruise and it helped. I was curious if it really works or not. Take a comb or a brush and brush it from center and outwards. Do it every day for a few mins. It helps spread the blood out and makes it less noticable. Like I said it sounds crazy but it did work.

Maybe it will fade by then and then you can use concealer.

Go to the wedding, don't hide the hickie. Get drunk. Brag about how great your man is in the sac. It's simple really.

If i saw that, I wouldnt immediately think "wow, look at that hickie"...only because its on your shoulder, and I honestly haven't seen a lot of huge hickies there.
By the way, that's a beauty

It will probably fade to the appearance of a bruise by then, so don't worry too much. But I agree with the green concealer idea, it hides redness well.

I've never really treated any of my hickies, just walk around with them proudly until they fade, haha. When I was beginning my senior year, my boyfriend gave me one helluva hickey on my neck that looked like someone had taken a coin and rubbed my neck raw. It was quite strange, but he had braces, so you can't expect it would be normal, lol. I went to school with it the next day and I worked in the office for a period, so on my way to deliver a package to one of the teachers, my principal stopped me and said, "Girl, what happened to your neck?" I figured, "Why start lying now?" so I told him simply, "My boyfriend." He told me I was going to get cancer, then walked away. A very amusing story. Haha.

Turn to the other side in the pictures. ;)
It doesn't even look like a hickey.

There are cover ups sold in department stores made for womyn (or men) with horrible birth marks. They are waterproof and do last all day.
