Spam list full, what to do now if email address is published on web?

By Accident, I have my email addresses published all over the net (nowhere to obvious), but I do get a lot of annoying Junk Mail because of it.

My questions is how can I block incoming spam if my spam list is full (Yahoo mail).

For hotmail, I notice moving certain email addresses to the block list does nothing as it just causes those companies to send the same annoying emails from slightly different addresses.

If nothing else, what can I do to remove my published emails from the net. I tried contacting the webmasters but sometimes, no response.

The problem is especially bad in Yahoo mail, because my SPAM LIST IS FULL. What do I when that happens?

I tend to hope that they give up after a while, so delete the oldest from my spam lists..

It seems to work, but you're right.. I get Junk Mail faster than I can handle the whole process of blocking the senders.

I have a couple of dummy addresses that I some stuff to, acting as my "out-of-office" address, but these are smaller email clients.

    I recently read this

If you receive scams by email, you can report the email to the abuse
address of the webmail provider - just put the word 'abuse' before
the @ sign. For example, if the scam/junk comes from a hotmail
address, forward the suspect email to abuse@hotmail, which
will investigate and possibly close down the email address.

I use 3 hotmail accounts. Hotmail works well for me.
One address I use for all internet activity where I know I will keep
getting spam, but you can adjust hotmails settings to filter out
stuff and the trash can empties automatically.
My main address is never divulged to anyone I don't personally know.

dont contact the people sending the mail - it confirms your email address
    then they send more.
