No1 has a right to search you for no reason. Bill of right. By searching you without you agreement they break your bill of rights. If people want to be dicks to you to fuck your life up time to stand up 4 it

you only HAVE to go up until you are 16, and besides that, you can register for homeschooling, wherein your education becomes the business of you and your educator. the point is: public education is free, and that is a fucking good deal compared to the conditions a lot of people outside of the US have to deal with. If you have to complain about a FREE SYSTEM OF EDUCATION because they attempt to stop you from doing something that is illegal in the first place, then perhaps you should stop taking advantage of it and try the alternatives of homeschooling or moving to a nation that is "less offensive" until you are above the age limit that the government set so that parents who don't give a sht can't legally oppress their childrens' education.
Just always say no to being searched. Even if you have nothing make a deal of it. Make a point, and try to change something. If you have nothing, and they insist to search you [or if your parents are chill about it] don't let them get near you [they can search your locker though] until your parents are present. Even request a lawyer to be there if you have that available. They are taking advantage of you and will continue this until we finally stand up for our true rights.
That happened to me senior year, the vice principal called me down to the office and explained that he seen me outside at lunch with a bunch of friends passing what looked like a joint back and forth. Turns out we didn't even have weed that day until around 4:20 in the afternoon and it was a cigarette we were passing around. Considering it was april 20th I woulda been suspicious too. I was still pissed as fuck cause I hated the vice principal. Fucking prick.
is all good ....i hate wimps i got in a fight with a pricinpal and the PE teacher but this was 1971 so they could get away with it .. however he would think twice about me the rest of the year.
