My first day as a non-smoker

but it is only 1:43.

but i havent had a smoke all day & so far i havent gone into psycho bitch mode yet.

i have a good feeling that this time i can actually quit for good

You'll feel better for it in a few days. I smoke about 30 a day without filters, smoking is a disgusting habit.

 

Why do you stop anyway?

 

i am really sick of being a smoker. i started smoking when i was a kid just for the hell of it & of course i got addicted so ive been smoking for years. i aint never gonna quit smokin weed but ciggarrettes are pointless. im sick of wasting money just to blow smoke. id rather waste my money & my lungs on something that at least gets me high. smokings a bad habit of mine hopefully this will work out

 

Good going! Keep it up, I quit for about a week it wasnt too bad, when you get a craving just move on to something else. Don't talk yourself into it! Smoking is expensive I pay 11.00 a pack.... so that's about 12.50 american no?

it's fun aint it? i smoked bud for a decade or more. what is the worse is not being able to recall moments in my life because i had to be high to enjoy it. people are blind about weed though. sure no one has overdosed on it, but it does create tar in your lungs. what does tar build up create?

the ex went on zyban to quit. so far, so good. he hasnt turned into a psycho or anything.

i had an idea if i walked around lochness in scotland (as in loch ness monster) i'd be fine by then.I got halfway round,met an american tourist in a stetsun and hysterically asked him if he could possibly spare a cigarette - he drew out a beautifully engraved silver case of cigarettes n that was me - trip over.

okay i thought id tell y'all, i had one ciggarette. but thats good considering i havent gone a day without smoking for like 3 years. so i had one, but im trying.
