Im 15 and have sprouts of gray hair all over my head. I figured I would go gray at maybe 50 or 60 but not at my age. Im too young to have gray hair and its starting to come up all over my head, could I be dying or in bad health. I heard something about lack of b12 vitamin and something about anemia associated with gray hair. Can someone help me out.

I can't help you out but I do know that for some males they will go gray early, around your age. So you're not dying or anything most likely, I know it does happen.

Yes but at age 15, thats very rare. Most people who go gray at an early age go gray at about 20 or 30 not at age 15.

lots of teens and young adults have peppered hair. It's quite normal and I'm pretty sure you're not dieing.

My sister-in-law started going gray at around 15 and was completely gray by 18. No health problems, thats just what the hair did. Don't sweat it, maybe you can get into bars when you're 17.

I heard years ago that taking blue-green algae would help with graying hair. I've been taking it since before then. My younger brother was completely gray in his 30's. I'm 46 and have virtually no gray hair, except some in my beard. I don't know if there is a connection, and don't really care since I'm going to take it anyway. Just a thought.

lets say it it just your body's normal chemistry, and it isprefectly healthy, does it bother you? im sure your not thrilled with premature greying, but if you dont mind it then leave it. if you cant stand it, then look into dying it, atleased until you dont care if its grey or not. its not the healthiest thing for your hair, but if it makes you feel better about yourself then go for it.

and yea, try to get into some bars and clubs before 21 :)

I got my first grey hair at 12. :) I would give them away for good luck on tests at school. :) I loved it. I wouldn't get carded for smokes or drinks, but I would at bars because they're more strict. It's only now that I don't love it. :(

All the elves in Bordertown have grey hair.

But seriously, it is perfectly normal for some people.
