i would like to spend in the range of 500 to 1000 an acre for 3 to 10 acres of wooded land somewhere in katuah. i grew up here in georgia so i would prefer hardwoods. of course a watersource would be nice. any serious responses are appreciated. love u all and see u in july if not sooner.
GOOD LUCK If you find that piece and are happy with it, please let us all know, for i bet several folks would like to buy a piece like that.
I've been looking on Ebay daily, the best deals are in Texas $1200 for 5 acres, I've seen nothing except florida for back east.... Mike....
merlin.. remember us?? hilly dilli? land on mother katuah has become insane.. shes not being sold cheap anymore.. georgia?mother katuah? cheap viable land,, remote 3 to 10 acres,, preferably with water source. 10 ,, no 20 grand a acre i could find ya a fine spot.. maybee..
as y know katuah is a limited earth.. but it is prized. i payed 40 grand fer our slop garden 17 years ago..
i definately remember, couldnt have tapped the spring withoutcha! thank u! unfortunately my shopping around has shown that land around here is pricey pricey pricey. ive got a line on the side of a huge hill in central tennessee but i would really like something closer to, or in, georgia. oh how i dream of my own woods in the Cuhuttaha! but i know the current value of the us dollar so i'm looking elsewhere. spirit's blessed me so much that hoping to find a grandma's deal on a small plot of wooded land doesn't seem like that much of a stretch. ive looked a little on ebay too, but am getting earfuls from people warning me of landscams on ebay. i would much rather buy land from family; hence this post. love u all.
