I had another really good night - good band - except it ended in tragedy - I arranged a date with a cute chick and in the space of 20 minutes told that it was un-arranged - all because of an ex-grlfrnd getting her say in.Actually - it didn't end in tragedy - I sat with a beer under a tree gazing at the moon and laughing to myself about what an asshole they'd both made me out to be.Either - I actually am - or - they've got it totally wrong - and I am as morally correct as I think I am.Ihmurria put me in the asshole category however.Oh well - will keep on aiming to be a 'nice guy'.
http://www.hipforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=166659 so whats your bar like? are you a regular - do you often see the same people? I never was before this year - but I've kind of got to like it
last night this dude ive know for almost 20 years was wanting to fight i.e. "giving the crazy eye" to everyone even me...my buddy tony ended up having to resolve this conflict...i have a bad temper when someone runs thier mouth...however, my bud t.t. boy he just goes for the jugular...he throws up the dukes real fucking quick...
well, you didn't explain that hte other girl was being a psycho, just that you called her a prostitute and then were baffled at her friend (who you were trying to ask out) told you to fuck off. Yeesh. Tell a smidge of the story and you'll get people filling in the blanks. It's the net, we fill in blanks all the freakin time I was at hte bar! I had a couple pints of sleeman's honey brown, mmmm. And biked home while betwixt tipsy and drunk. Interesting experience. Thankfully, it's only a five minute bike, woohoo!
Yeah rg, I mean haven't you seen enough scuffles around here to figure out that people love to assume around here? Whoa. Props to you. Riding a bike drunk is no easy feat. Probably harder than driving, although less dangerous.
eh, wasn't terribly drunk (more tipsy now that I've eaten, pissed and drank some water) and it was only, hrm, about 8 maybe 9 blocks. Side streets are my friends. The less traffic I have to deal with, the happier I am
hey - your'e a girl (methinks) and you agree she was wrong.Thats good enough for me - now I can rebuild my virtual faith in inhumanity you ride a bike? a bicycle? - I do too - hey we could be soulmates!
ahahaha I bike because I hate walking dont' ahve a buspass and loathe driving (no drivers license atm, nor a car available for regular use) gotta bike to work tomorrow, blech
okok - sheesh (i'm stealing ihmurrias words) - even someone somwhere on the other side of internet world can tell I'm sexually frustrated.just my luck. ihmurria - is it a road bike or a mountain bike?
road bike cheapass piece o shit, some 8 years old, from walmart.. probably was liek $80 new. Need to refill the tires though, they're pretty low
i love it - bike talk mine is stolen from somwhere - cos they stole mine and left this one I got now.I recently fixed a pillion fuckn bit of metal on it to carry an accordian. I hate cars - when I'm not in one. They really really irritate me - I off into the country down a rustic overgrown lane - its quiet n sunny then a convoy of 20 cars come outta nowhere burning rubber shit off the road n spoiling my day
bottle of newcastle,please.. - so if you're in US doesn't that mean its about 1.00am in the morning there? it's 7.43am here UK but I'm on nightshift tomorrow so I've been up all night getting my bodyclock in gear
I don't like cars either... such a waste of time/energy/gas/etc. But biking can be a pain when it's far distances/mostly uphill to get there the bar I was at was the Yard and Flagon
Doesn't matter what direction you go from where I am - it's always up/down a hill - am right in the middle of mountains - go downhill to work though which is good - that means I can leave it as late as possible and shoot down the road like a nutcase and still end up late. the Yard and Flagon - a yard of ale - they have a competition at the bar I go to to drink a yard of ale - from a really long tubey kinda glass - think its called a yard glass. But a flagon - thats also a measure of ale too is it not?
