DXM Question

I have just got ahold of two 3oz bottles of Delsym cough syrup. The active ingrediant is Dextromethorphan Polistirex. Its supposed to be extended release DXM, with each dose equivilent to 30mg of DXM Hbr. Would I still get the effects if I down the whole bottle? Answer asap. Thanks. Peace =)

 

polisterex is (as the name suggests) a polymer attached to the DXM molecule to delay action; so expect an hour to hour and a half to experience anything.
Not quite as strong an experience as HBr, it's a dream-like/waking consciousness state (some closed eye visuals) for about 12 hours. mellow ride.

it may actually take about 2 hours to kick in, but it's safe (i've downed a bottle before). don't go out in public, just chill somewhere.

the safest way todo dxm is 1 teaspoon every 6 hours.
