I am tired. Dont' know why I'm still up really. I have alot on my mind I need to clear out, but it just won't go away.
Get a piece of paper and write things down for ten to fifteen minutes then tell yourself you're gonna forget about it and go to sleep.
that really bites. Been there done that. I really hope you clear your mind out so you can get a bit of rest. Tries falling alseep to tv, playing music, man I know some nights nothing will shake out the things making your mind work overtime.
