It stands for New Musical Express. A publication that masquerades as a music magazine, when in reality it has nothing to do with music. Recently they voted for "the greatest rock star" With Kurt Cobain coming 1st (I like Cobain) and a waste of space named Pete Doherty came 2nd. This seems to have nothing to do with their music but their images and life styles. They seem to be celebrated for their stupidity. This is amplified by the presense of Noel and Liam Gallagher and the absense of John Lennon. It is not an opinion that Lennon is better than any of them, it is a fact.
