not any more than your usual fitness, no. well, it might if you put tobacco in your joint, but unless u smoke fags regularly, its unnoticable.

I smoke most nights and I work out 5 days a week and don't have any problems waking up and hitting the gym up hard an hour after, then going to work after that.

Im almost exclusively a midnight toker. I usually smoke a bowl at around 10:00 to 10:30 and smoke another at around midnight. Then maybe again at 3 or 4 before I go to sleep. I usually wake up still a little tipsy from the night before. And yes, it can be hard to get myself to do just about anything after getting up. I dont think Id be able to pull myself together enough to excercise but I usually cant get myself to excercise anyway. I really do need to start working out again, planning on joining the POLICE FORCE....

    ...yeah weird...

it won't be too bad, but i've definetly felt a little less up and at 'er the morning after. that was when i first started smoking, though, and i was used to the alcohol hangover, so i might have been just making up a 'hangover' kind of thing in my head. i don't get it as bad now, but if i smoke for a few days, then stop, the day after is definetly a wierd day.

when i first started smoking habitually, and stopped (caus it just happened that i had weed so i smoked it till it was gone) after a week, i remember i felt in i guess what you could call a weed hang-over effect. but i really liked it :D

Weed makes doing nothing seem fun. Thats why people don't like it or one of the bigger reasons. But if people who smoked did productive things then people might say differently. And I'm not saying potheads aren't productive but thats the stereotype.
