Astral Weeks is quite difficult to access in first listen but after a few times you enter this very particular and special album...
I Even sold it 3 years ago ... but wait it was for a good reason... i was not workin since a few month ...i had just enough money to pay me spaghetti or rice to eat...
So how can i smoke marijuana without money?... so i sold it ...i made a sacrifice ... but Astral Weeks was sacrified in the name of Pot... it's something good... to be sacrified in the name of Pot the God
One of those days i will buy it once again...

I m not a "die hard" fan of them... a few songs are good... maybe they have a too dirty sound and production... they need just a little more discipline!

But I like their outreageous attitude...and the tittle of their 2nd and last album is a real honnest description of what the New York Dolls were :
