I'm going to spend a year in Berlin as part of my degree course. I love the city. Where do hip folk hang out in Berlin? Any suggestions of how to meet cool people? I was thinking of working in a youth hostel... that would provide accommodation, a little pay and a way to meet interesting people... Any suggestions? xxx
Welcome to Berlin! The Districts PRENZLAUER BERG and / or FRIEDRICHSHAIN are both perfect places for you. Save Neighborhoods and hundrets of hip clubs. You leave your apartment, step out on the pavement - and you'll find yourself in the "eye of the hip-hurricane" whirling thru the Berlin night. You will meet more cool people there than you might like.
