i hit a tree with my suv(Blazer) once. but i was only going 5mph at the most. i backed right into it in a parking lot. haha.
Hehehe, my mom did that with a blazer too, only it was a telephone pole! Actually, circumstances were just really bad, she is actually the best driver I know. So I have a question about SUV's... I consider myself and enviromentalist, but why are people so down on SUV's and not trucks? After all, most SUV's are built on a trucks frame and has a truck enjine and the only differance is that it is entirely enclosed. So what's the diff between an suv and a truck or a minivan? Also, what defines an evil suv? The smaller blazers are built on an S-10's frame. They are exactly like an S-10, except for the cab. S-10s are barely even a truck (enjine wise). So are those evil too?
I was wandering if that were the reason. In an SUV, you have neither the seating capacity of a van, nor the ability to carry as much stuff as a real truck. So basically they are just a car that consumes twice as much gas?
