I was thinking about this while smoking a moment ago, and it's pretty fucked up. Federal law prohibits voting for convicted felons, but there is nothing prohibiting convicted felons from becoming president. What the fuck is wrong with this picture?
That's an interesting fact that I will promptly sticky in my brain. Because I'm sure I can throw that one out and blow some minds in the near future.
If you want to join the discussion, please make some sense. "Because you can't be on a jury wit ha felony it's not surprising you can be president." That sentence was completely nonsensical.
I am seriously wondering if you can't read? What I wrote makes sense to me "Considering you can't get jury duty with a previous felony, it is not surprizing" Maybe I will fill in the blanks for you Considering you (wont be accepted for) jury duty if you have a felony, it is not surprizing you couldn't become president.
My post said there is nothing stopping felons from running for president It is you who cannot read. They cannot vote for pres, but can run for the job.
I didn't realize it was that many, in all honesty. Still messed up that 18 of them don't allow you to, yet you can still qualify as a presidential candidate :&
