Hi! Peace and Love to all! I am going travelling for a year pretty soon and will be visiting many countries. I am kinda worried about the hygiene in some countries and was wondering if some of you travellers could tell me what you've done when you have been on your period in a countries where there aren't bins supplied etc... or are there in every country (I doubt)?
