I think he is in California for the time being. I know that man does a lot of traveling. I don't know where his permanent residence is or anything like that. Skips a pretty mysterious guy, really.

No crummy, I don't plan on getting in any accidents, but you can't be the only person in America that'll flip out if I'm involved in an accident with them and don't have insurance. Hell, I'm will to be if you hit me you'd still be pissed that I didn't have insurance.
