In UK since I was a kid from the US we've had:- Flintstones,Jetsons,Scooby,Hanabarbara, Happy Days,Mork n Mindy,Wonderwoman,The A team,The Whizz Kids,Battlestar Galactica, Airwolf,The Red Hand Gang,Big John Little John,Bewitched,Hill Street Blues, Cagney & Lacey,Miami Vice,Bonanza,The Bionic man,The Rockford files,Friends,Cheers, to name but a few - so what popular exports if any has UK produced?
For the US, they always take the UK shows and adapt them. Such as the office, who's line is it anyway, etc.
it's very rare to find british shows becoming popular here un;ess as the last poster said, they were adapted we do have british shows though, they jsut aren't mainstream
i'm enjoying hex, it's been playing on space lately. only recent one i can think of though (this season-type recent)
