what does everyone think of sublime. a lot of poeple think they arent good because of what they play on the radio but they are truly a good band.

Rocks so fucking harshly. Those guys were the baddest mutherfuckers this side of the mississippi.

 

What they play on the radio is the "favorite songs." My favorite songs are all sublime songs because they are genius. (I CAN'T SPELL!!!) I think that sublime just had an image and went with it. They are intertwined with reggae, rock, ska, acoustic; so many genras. I people who go out on a limb for music. People always say, "white people can't 'do' reggae," but that isn't true. I love people who are true to their roots and test the limits. Like take on the same level, Ziggy Marley; everyone said he wouldn't be able to suceed without doing reggae like his dad, but he did with acoustic rock. People defy the limits everyday!

Everyone likes sublime. You ask the most hard-core rapper and he will tell you he likes sublime.

sublime do it for me several times over.
very good also when young ska bands play their songs at folk festivals and all the 'young folk' of the festival dance like maniacs for an hour and a half... ah the memories

I FUCKING LOVE SUBLIME!!!!!! i like every song, but not for the ones i hear on the radio, i mean yeah i like the ones that get airplay a lot too but my favorites arnt really played

Every one should run out and get this DVD.....Sublime:Stories,tales and exaggerations......it ranks up there with Zeppelin's DVD THe Song Remains the Same...awsome footage of an awasome fuckin' band.....peace
