It's a type of incense normally. There are a couple diff ones that resemble opium, but the real deal will cause you to melt into a pool of euphoria, nod in and out, and dream while half awake. If you've done pretty much any opiates you will know. Funny thing is, a lot of people will tell you that they got so fucked up from the 'opium.' Shit's funny.
Well i do agree that it is somewhat hard to find good opium, i still have had good opium and im in america.
