What about 2-CB dosage? That has been incorrectly called 'bromo-mescaline.'

It is amazing how ignorant the population is. Unless you are the 'big dealer' none of them will believe you when trying to explain things like it cant be mescaline because it is microdot or a little gel tab. Dont even getting me started on the 'better hope you never have a spinal tap beacuse they will know you've done it.' BTW i hope I never had one and its not because of LSD.

2cb doses are in the 10 - 50 mg range, typically. It has 2 methoxy groups at the 2 and 5 positions, respectively(which makes the reagent 2,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde pretty tough to get a hold of, it's quite watched), and a bromine molecule at the 4 position. It's similar to mescaline in effect, but I agree, the positions of those functional groups make it altogether different than mescaline (nothing is on the 3 position of 2CB, and mescaline has nothing on the 2-position), therefore making it erroneous to refer to it as bromo-mescaline.

    ^^ I agree
Mescaline myths, in microdot form have been floating around since the 70's
A good does of mescaline could not be made, squeezed into the size of a microdot.

I also remember people saying "oh it must be mescaline" If the high wasn't strong enough too. It was ether weak acid maybe about 50ug. we where use to 200+ ug does back then.
